When we make time to craft and create we are making time for ourselves.
As a matter of fact, it is a scientific fact that in doing the creative things we love we’ll improve our brains, mental health, and physical health – without a single squat or a crunch! Hello, skinny jeans!
Unfortunately, time doesn't just materialize. So, how do we make time? Something that works for me is to block out time for my hobbies. I also remind myself that I don't need hours of dedicated time for DIYing and crafting.

If you only have an hour, try making a new front door wreath. Have a whole day? Try a fun, faux painting technique. Perhaps you're looking for something different to do this weekend? Maybe try building a simple piece of furniture.
