Happy Monday, Sweets! I hope you all had a fun and relaxing holiday weekend! We spent Easter Sunday surrounded by family, and all had a wonderful time – there was much gorging on jelly beans and chocolate. Now it’s back to Monday, and a two-foot jump into spring break! We’d pretty much planned to take it easy this week, but I’m hoping to slide in a few fun things for the kidlets, especially given that it starts on April Fools Day.
Around the house, with Easter over, it’s time to clean out the bunny gear, and move in to the spring gear. I need a new spring wreath for my door, and my pal Melinda, who’s always my source of inspiration, casually mentioned a fantastic burlap wreath she’d seen lately. I jumped on Pinterest and found many an example to go off of – so many, I can’t decide what I like best!

In K’s Paris Room, I have a project to share involving PB Teen, some Modge Podge, and the Eiffel Tower. Can you guess what I might be talking about? Yes! My version of this PB Teen wall art that fit perfectly with her room theme! I can’t wait to share this knock-off tutorial!
We also have some birthday party planning to start. K turns 9 at the end of this month and A turns 6 May 1st. We’ve decided on a 50s sock hop for K’s birthday party – I look forward to sharing the ideas I’ve come up with. A’s birthday party is still on the fence – I can’t decide between a farm theme and a zoo theme.
I have a GNO tomorrow night that I am SO looking forward to, a day filled with moving activities – my baby girl is moving in to her first apartment today!, and A’s room to paint – still haven’t decided on the colors. It promises to be a crazy week, as always, and I wouldn’t have it any other way!
Enjoy your Monday!
