I don’t know about you, but I’ve been eating less than healthy ALL summer, and it’s starting to catch up with me! This week, my features all run on the healthy side. All three prove that healthy can be super-delicious!
I love the idea of a “skinny” peanut butter fruit dip and this one from Grounded and Surrounded looks so creamy, with just the right amount of peanut butter-ey goodness. Just Simple Somethings’ Zucchini Pineapple Bread has to be good for you with all of those fruits and veggies! But my favorite this week was from Amy at My Life from Home, who shared a tweaked family recipe with us for Cranberry Pine Nut Sausage Pasta!

I made a few tweaks of my own, subbing Wacky Mac for regular tri-color pasta.

I also swapped veggie breakfast sausage for the pork sausage – that’s what I had in the house – and added a touch of poultry seasoning to increase the savory flavor.
This dish was beyond simple and beyond delicious! My entire family LOVED it – Even my son and he likes everything  – as long as it looks and tastes like pizza! It’s a rare night that I’m not making him a separate dinner, so this was a treat all the way around!
This will be going into my regular rotation – a huge thank you to Amy at My Life from Home for sharing it with us!
My co-host, April, made Key Lime Pie this week. You’ll want to stop by for a taste!

Now, it’s your turn to share!
Party Rules:

  1. Follow your hosts on social media.
  2. Link-up as many of your favorite recipes as you would like.
  3. Please hop around and check out some other recipes – share the love!
  4. Grab a button and link back to one of our sites on your post or your link party page.

We, in turn:
  1. Will make one recipe from those submitted each week to make and feature.
  2. Will share our personal pictures of our result.
  3. Will also pick two additional recipes each to feature. All six features will be shared out through our social media accounts. All feature owners are invited to the pin on our group Pinterest board.
  4. Will send a reminder each Wednesday morning to come back and link up again!
*Please note, linking up gives your hosts permission to share your photo and your recipe across social media, with proper credit of course.

Thanks so much for stopping by and sharing your fabulous recipes with us!
